Everything starts with a free audit. Tap any job below to see what's in it.

Start here

Every job begins with this.

The audit

Free

No catch. No sales call after.

  • I open your site and go through it myself
  • Where you rank right now, with screenshots
  • What your Google listing is missing
  • Plain English. You can check most of it yourself in a minute

Yours to keep either way. Hand it to whoever built your site if you want.

Website design

A new site, or fixing the one you have.

A new website

From $600 one time

The old one's past saving, or there isn't one.

  • A page for every service you sell
  • All the Google work below, built in from day one
  • Fast. No page builder, no forty plugins
  • Built for a phone first
  • A form that emails you the second someone fills it in
  • The chat assistant in the corner of this page

About a week once I have your photos. You own all of it.

Small fixes

From $150 one time

One thing's broken. Not everything needs the big job.

  • A phone number that won't dial when you tap it
  • A page title that still says "Home"
  • Links pointing at pages that don't exist
  • The padlock missing from your address bar

Done in a day or two. If I can explain the fix in two sentences, I'll just tell you. Free.

Getting found on Google

Your site can look great and still be invisible.

SEO starter

From $400 one time

The stuff that's quietly keeping you out of Google.

  • Every page gets a real title and description, the blue link and grey text people actually see
  • Anything blocking Google from reading your site, found and switched off
  • Your Google listing set up properly. Categories, hours, service area, photos
  • A sitemap submitted so Google knows every page exists
  • Where you rank right now, written down, so you can see it move

One job, one price, done in about a week. Nothing monthly. If your site is bigger or messier, the full cleanup below is the one you want.

Full site cleanup

From $600 one time

Everything on your audit, fixed.

  • A real title and description on every page, with your service and your city in them
  • A page for each service. One page listing everything ranks for nothing
  • The hidden code that tells Google your hours, address and service area. Almost no site has it
  • Your name, address and phone made identical everywhere
  • A working sitemap, handed to Google
  • Alt text, dead links, image sizes, page speed

Two rounds of changes included. Full backup before I touch anything.

Facebook and Instagram ads

Leads in days, not months.

Ad management

Let's talk

Newer for me than the rest, so I'd rather quote it after we talk.

  • Your account, your card. Meta bills you directly. I never touch your payment details
  • You keep the account and the audience if we ever part ways
  • Ads move fast. Search doesn't. They work well together

Under about $500 a month, ads aren't worth running. If they're not right for you I'll say so.

Never on the bill: the audit, a markup on hosting or your domain, a setup fee, or fixing something I broke.

Questions about money

Why does it say "from"?

A five page site and a forty page site aren't the same job.

After the free audit you get one number in writing. It doesn't move after that.

Do I pay before you start?

Under $200, yes. Bigger jobs are half now, half when you've seen it. It's a link you click.

It's a link you click, not an invoice you have to remember.

Is there a contract?

No. Every job is one time, so there is nothing to cancel.

You own your site, your domain and your Google listing. Nothing stops working if you leave.

How many changes do I get?

Two rounds. Most people use one. After that I'll quote it.

Fixing something I got wrong doesn't count.

Do I pay you for hosting or the domain?

No. Hosting is usually free or a few dollars a month. A domain is about $15 a year. Both stay in your name, on your card.

Plenty of people charge a monthly fee for hosting that costs them nothing. I'd rather you knew that.

What if it doesn't work?

I write down where you rank before I start. If it hasn't moved, you'll see that it hasn't moved.

No guessing either way.

Why are you cheaper than the agency that called me?

There's one of me. No office, no account manager, no sales team.

The flip side: I'm one person. If you need a team of six, I'm not it.

Start with the free part

Send me your website address. I'll go through it and send the list back, usually within a day. If you don't need much, I'll say so.
