This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers, no cookies, and nothing is ever sold or shared for marketing.
The only information I hold about you is what you deliberately typed into the assistant or sent me directly. If you'd like it deleted, ask and it's gone.
I don't ask for and don't want payment card numbers, passwords, government ID numbers, or anything else sensitive. Please don't send them.
Two companies handle information on my behalf, and only to make the site work:
Both are ordinary service providers. Neither is given permission to use your information for their own marketing.
Enquiries stay in my email until they're no longer useful. If you become a client, I keep what's needed for the work and for tax records. Colorado and the IRS both expect a business to hold records for several years.
If you asked for an audit and we never worked together, there's no reason for me to hold on to your details. Ask and I'll delete them.

When I work on someone else's website, I may see information belonging to their customers. I treat that as theirs, not mine. I don't copy it, export it, or use it for anything outside the job I was hired to do.
I also never ask a client for their password. I ask to be added as a user on their own account so they can remove my access whenever they want, and so there's a record of what I did.
This is a business-to-business service. It isn't directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If that happened by accident, tell me and I'll delete it.
If anything here is unclear, ask me directly. I'd rather explain it than have you guess.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
