What I do

Build the site, or fix the one you've got. Then the unglamorous work that makes it findable. You can have both, or just the second one.

The work

Build the site, or fix the one you've got

Fast, works on a phone, and built so a search engine can actually read it. Most sites I look at are slow, ancient, or a phone number on a background photo. Some just need the broken parts fixed. I'd rather do the small job than sell you the big one.

The boring work that actually moves you up

Title tags with your city in them. A page for each service instead of one page listing everything. Structured data so Google reads your hours and service area as facts instead of guessing. Alt text. Page speed. None of it is exciting. All of it is missing from almost every business site I open.

Your Google listing and your reviews

The map box is where the calls come from, and it's won on your Google Business Profile and your review count, not your website. I set the profile up properly and put a system behind the reviews so they come in every week instead of whenever somebody remembers to ask.

Getting you listed where you're missing

Your manufacturer's dealer page, the chamber, BBB, the trade directories your competitors are already on. It's a checklist. Nobody does it.

Meta ads, when they actually make sense

Facebook and Instagram ads, run from your own account with your own card. I never touch your payment details. Ads pair well with the search work because they produce leads in days where search takes months. But nobody scrolls Instagram looking for a roofer, so they need a real offer or a real reason behind them. If I don't think ads are right for you, I'll say so rather than take the money.

An assistant on the site, if you want one

Like the one in the corner of this page. It answers the usual questions and takes a name and number after you close. It's included, it's not the point, and I'm not going to pretend it's the reason to hire me.

What I won't do, at any price

"No, and anybody who tells you yes is lying to you." That's the whole pitch, and it's why people pick me.

Where to start

The free audit. I go through your site and write down exactly what's broken and why it matters, in plain language. You keep that list whether you hire me or not, and you're welcome to hand it to whoever built your site.
